CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To be awarded the Internationally Certified Teacher Trainer (ICTT) certification, participants must successfully complete all program requirements and achieve an overall score of 80% or above.
Requirement 1: Live Training Attendance and Participation
Participants must:
✓ Attend 100% of all live Zoom sessions
✓ Participate actively in all learning activities
Requirement 2: Self-Paced Professional Learning
Participants must:
✓ Complete all self-paced modules
✓ Successfully complete all module assessments
Requirement 3: Professional Portfolio
Participants must submit:
✓ Professional Teacher Trainer Profile (educational background, teaching/training experience, and professional goals)
✓ Teacher Training Session Plan (including learning outcomes, activities, resources, and assessment)
✓ Sample Training Materials (e.g., presentation slides, handouts, activities, or learning resources)
✓ Brief Professional Reflection on learning and professional growth throughout the program
Requirement 4: Supervised Teacher Training Practicum
Participants must:
✓ Successfully complete a supervised teacher training practicum through one 30–45-minute training session or two 15–20-minute microtraining sessions
